Sadly I don't have a pic for this one, your just gonna have to trust me.
4 Bricks of Cream Cheese
5 Packages of Buddig Corn Beef sliced lunch meat
2 Bunches of Green Onions (Scallions)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Pepper
2 Boxes of Ritz Crackers (or whatever u want to spread the dip on) (Like your Ruffles Chips Roo! lol)
Chop the 5 packages of Corn Beef into strips, then chop the strips into little squares
Chop scallions finely
put all in a big bowl
Take 4 bricks of cream cheese and place into big bowl (room temperature is best so let them sit out a bit)
Add all ingredients then mix with your hands and shape the cream cheese into a ball and slap it on a plate.
Serve with crackers or ridged chips.
This will serve as a snack for 2 to 4 avid snackers for a week or serve a party night for about 20 people.
