Ingredients:
a dozen chicken wings
1 spoon of olive oil
3-5 cloves of garlic, minced well. You can add more if desired
salt & black pepper to taste
half tsp of thyme
half tsp of rosemary
Directions:
1. Mix together the oil, garlic, thyme and rosemary.
2. Toss the chicken wings around in the mixture until coated well.
3. Marinate at least one hour
4. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
5. While the oven is pre-heating, season the wings with salt and pepper to taste.
6. When oven is heated, put the wings in for 30 minutes.
7. After they've been cooking for 30 minutes, turn the oven temp up to 550 degrees F and cook for 10-15 minute.
I cooked mine in a pizza oven at work but I imagine this will work in a regular oven at home.
Variations:
I think this will also work well on a bbq grill! Just marinate and throw onto a bbq grill. I'll try it out in the summer time, bit too cold right now.
