Ingredients1 cup packaged light brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup Del Monte Crushed Pineapple in its OWN JUICE
6 cooked chicken fillet
Instructions:
Mix all but the chicken together in a sauce pan
Stir over med heat until thick and glossy
Recipe will cover from 2-6 split breasts. Place chicken in a 9x13 pan, Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Check chicken for doneness. You can cook it at 250 for 3 hours
Sauce can be frozen and use later on also
