| All ya do is throw 7 lbs of top sirloin (or London Broil we use Sirloin cuz it's cheaper and on sale more often) in the crock pot with 2 packs each of brown gravy, ranch and italian dressing mixes with 3 and a 1/2 cups of water and let the sucker cook for like 8 hours. Best.Shit.Ever. ♥ lol | |

| No Idea what Alberta Beef is, but if it's close to top sirloin I'm sure it would! I forgot to mention, when you cook it for 8 hours do it on low. It turns out so tender that way! | |
