Horseradish Cheddar
rosemary-olive oil bread, unsalted butter, good horseradish flavor, unexpected hot (fortunately Emma didnt cry after i stuffed a bit in her mouth to test it)

Cheese Dscn3012

Chris's variation
no butter, added with his BBQ sauce > melted in oven, horseradish flavor (essential oil) did increase to the "GO-UP-THE-NOSE-AND-WICKED" feeling
