| that was by breakfast 1 day: 2x dark bread with sunflower seed, german butter, organic "Hofdammer" Cheese, tomato catchup + curry further 1x mozzarella cheese with seasalt and pepper on evenin i did that: again 2x dark bread, german butter, organic "Hofdammer" Cheese and:!!!! bavarian sweet mustard / bbq sauce (3:1) ... YUMMYYYYYYYYY

| found some french mold cheese brothers lately those are soo creamy and aromatic, any addition of anything except good bread (wholewheat sunflower bread this case) and butter would be really stupid | |

| well, cheese king maybe here special cheese: Handkäse (hand cheese).... some say Harzer Rolle (contain some caraway, but really only a tad) very spicey.... look at the soft consistency.... slightly transparent.... very delicious! In addition a local hessian speciality: Handkäs' mit Musik (Hand cheese with music... dont ask me y^^) made with Vinegar Vegetable Oil Onions Caraway(bit too much for my taste that pic) Salt Pepper ... together with fresh baked bread + butter.... YUMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! | |

| well primary nothing to do with cheese, but i bet u do big cheese while chew em heres sum new stuffz, not the cheese the main thing: the malt bread i mentioned few times, but here toasted butter as always roasted organic eggs(both sides) spiced with bit salt, paprika and pepper organic type of pork sausage (Lyoner) some mild cheese bbq sauce | |

| sorry, long time no new cheese---- Now: Höhlenkäse (Cave Cheese) matured in deep caves, very smelly but unexpected smooth, creamy but spicey taste wanted to add to bread but as i started eat 1 leave just for snack i couldnt stop eating edit: a touch of honey good fresh bread and butter is simply DELICIOUS | |
