Hmm i could have sworn JR already made this thread... but heres some cheese...

JR made a "cheese" thread in Neon's galley which contained nothing, so I deleted it.

That slide/cheese grater pic always freaks me out!

that was by breakfast 1 day:
2x dark bread with sunflower seed, german butter, organic "Hofdammer" Cheese, tomato catchup + curry
further 1x mozzarella cheese with seasalt and pepper


on evenin i did that:
again 2x dark bread, german butter, organic "Hofdammer" Cheese and:!!!! bavarian sweet mustard / bbq sauce (3:1) ... YUMMYYYYYYYYY

w8 4 more cheese friends...

my breakfast today:
4-seed bread, irish butter, organic Austian Mountain Cheese(4 month old), party salad, Ajvar (hot peppers, aubergine/egg-plant, chili relish) YUMMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!

You certainly are a cheeeese freak Mark! I love to try new cheeses! You have very interesting condiments in Germany....that mustard one looked interesting and I wouldn't mind trying it!

dark malt multi seed bread, butter, cream cheese and honey!!!!
(thats what i meant as u said that with cotton cheese with jam, neon, mixed it up with creme cheese)

right side:
dark malt multi seed bread, butter, and pure Limburger cheese (very strong and stinking cheese but very delicious!!!!)

sum new cheese here:
mild cheese with sage

Left side:
sum may call it disgusting but i like it^^
wholewheat bread with sunflower seed, butter, butter cheese, remoulade & bbq sauce

Right side:
wholewheat bread with sunflower seed, butter, some new red-/white mold cheese i just found.... YUMMYYYY

Sum local hessian speciality: "Spundekäs"

cream cheese
cream curd cheese
Pepper
Salt
Paprika powder

pimped with sum fresh peppers, parsley and black pepper

found some french mold cheese brothers lately

those are soo creamy and aromatic, any addition of anything except good bread (wholewheat sunflower bread this case) and butter would be really stupid

I found a Canadian link to the Saint Morgon cheese which says it costs $7 for 200g here, and that was back in 2007.

another french mold cheese named Le Rustique (whole wheat sunflower bread, butter and sum pepper fringe salami to give a lil bit sweet/salty note to the strong taste of that 1)

Thoes breads look amazing...are they freshly made JR or come in packaging?

I know it's all about the cheese but i'm all about some fresh homemade breads!

unfortunately its "industrial" packaged b read... but good quality.... im too lazy to bake my own bread^^ and as u mentioned: its about cheeeeeeese

Handkäse (hand cheese).... some say Harzer Rolle (contain some caraway, but really only a tad)
very spicey.... look at the soft consistency.... slightly transparent.... very delicious!

Handkäs' mit Musik (Hand cheese with music... dont ask me y^^)

Vinegar
Vegetable Oil
Onions
Caraway(bit too much for my taste that pic)
Salt
Pepper

the malt bread i mentioned few times, but here toasted
butter as always
roasted organic eggs(both sides) spiced with bit salt, paprika and pepper
organic type of pork sausage (Lyoner)
some mild cheese
bbq sauce

sorry, long time no new cheese----

Now: Höhlenkäse (Cave Cheese)

matured in deep caves, very smelly but unexpected smooth, creamy but spicey taste


wanted to add to bread but as i started eat 1 leave just for snack i couldnt stop eating


edit: a touch of honey good fresh bread and butter is simply DELICIOUS

dark rye bread, couldnt find butter at Chris's home as he went to pick up Karlie from school so no butter. the cheese itself is mild, but spice is medium hot. i like it!

no butter, added with his BBQ sauce > melted in oven, horseradish flavor (essential oil) did increase to the "GO-UP-THE-NOSE-AND-WICKED" feeling

Seriously Sharp Cheddar (14 month matured)
sour dough bread, unsalted butter
well, what should i say, its seriously sharp. consistency almost like italian parmigiano, not THAT hard. sour note.
i dont really like it.
