I played Tomo a couple days ago, Very nice kid and not afraid to conversate!!

I played with him & Junior the other night, he was a nice kid, played a good game. I think he be a good addition to our Family of little Green guys that we have here.

I haven't heard anything new about Croatia or seen him in-game, but his application is still there.

What are we going to do about the allegations against Tomo? Does anyone have info regarding this?
We do not wish to have a scammer in the guild. We are not cheaters or liars.
So, unless someone comes to his defense today, he will be removed from the guild.

Rooi spoke to some guildies in game today. Teemoney's comments seemed to confirm that what was written in the shout box is true.

I'm just looking for more input before making a decision.

After receiving a guildie's PM that confirms what was posted in the shoutbox is true, I'm left with no choice but to remove Croatia from the guild.
Apparently, more than one person trusted him mainly because he had our Alien head icon beside his name. Invaders don't scam. In fact, we're very generous.
It's disappointing that Croatia wanted to join a guild "where people respect each other", yet didn't respect the people he was accused of scamming.
He also didn't bother to post anything in his own defense here even after being told of what was in the shoutbox by Rooikop.

If you can't be bothered to go to your own trial and nobody is coming to your defense... buh bye.

Today, I logged into a game and the first thing that was said was, "Oh Hell, are you that Invader scammer?" and was kicked out of the room. So they are looking at the Invader head. That is sad. I AM SAD!

^^ I'm sorry that happened to you Weesy. It's also why I felt I couldn't wait any longer before removing Croatia from our guild.

It's very important during the application process that all Invaders who have good or bad things to say about the applicant come forward.
If someone doesn't want to say anything on the application thread itself, then please PM Neon, Sinks or me. I'd rather reject an application than accept someone and have to go through this.

While in game, Croatia whispered to me about how to get into the guild. I guess he does not realize that we all know that he was let go because of scamming. He acted like how a person asking about the guild and joining would be. He then asked me if I would like to play a game with him. I told him that I was in a game now. He said to tell him when I was done. Then has asked a strange question. I felt very funny and cautious. I think he was looking at my acct profile. He asked if I had 2 accounts. I did not answer him and he quit whispering when I did not answer. That really made my hair stand up.
Has he whispered to to anyone else like that? Think we still need to be aware of him.

he whispered to me today also, he said can i help him, i said how? then he said sorry wrong chat, i said yeah right, just be careful.

He hasn't whispered me, but I usually have my whispers turned off lol.
I'd avoid him like the plague. He will never be allowed to join our guild again.
